Fuze DrinksFuze produces four types of drinks: Slenderize (some called Empower), Refresh, Tea and Vitalize. I won’t be trying Refresh and Vitalize as these drinks have 100 calories PER serving and the bottles come with two servings. The Tea line has three drinks with 60 calories per serving and two with 0. I only like to drink plain hot tea, so I won’t be trying the 0 calorie teas.

Fuze does one thing that so few bottling companies do: Fill the bottle to almost the rim! When I opened my first Fuze, I almost spilled it not realizing it would be full. Some drinks cannot be filled up because of properties that could cause it to expand, so I guess Fuze doesn’t have that problem.

Slenderize low calorie beverages average 10 calories per serving with two servings per bottle. These have:

  • Chromium: Micronutrient to give the body energy.
  • Vitamin C: Antioxidant for healthy skin and supporting the body’s immune system.
  • SuperCitrimax: Extract from South Asian fruit Garcinia combogia.
  • L-Carnitine: Ingredient that body uses in metabolism.

Empower Goji Wild Berry: I felt rundown when I tried this and hoped this would pep me for my workout. I didn’t feel a difference. Nutrition per serving: 10 calories, 5mg sodium and 2g carbs. Rating: 3/5

Empower Pomegranate Acai Berry: As soon as you open the cap, you can smell the fruity flavor. This one has a light fruity taste that resembles watery juice. Of course, the low calorie drink isn’t going to have a strong flavor, but other drinks have more flavor than this one. I felt rundown when I tried this and hoped this would pep me for my workout. I didn’t feel a difference. Regardless, my second fave in taste. Nutrition per serving: 10 calories, 30mg sodium and 2g carbs.

Slenderize Cranberry Raspberry: This was the first one I tried and it was deliciously fruity. I affectionately refer to it as Craspberry. My fave. Nutrition per serving: 5 calories, 5mg sodium and 2g carbs.

Slenderize Strawberry Melon: The flavor leans towards the melon and not so much of the strawberry. I would’ve preferred it the other way around. Nutrition per serving: 10 calories, 5mg sodium and 2g carbs.

Slenderize Tropical Punch: BLECH! The first thing I smelled and tasted was peach. I despise peach. I just couldn’t taste the other flavors with the peach dominating the drink. It’s a shame because this has one of the better nutrition numbers along with 100% vitamin C and 15% chromium. Nutrition per serving: 5 calories, 0mg sodium and 1g carbs.
