This Bistro Selection comes with mozzarella, parmesan, romano and asiago cheese with Italian herbs. The box comes with a silver tray on which you place the pizza and together they go on top of the empty box. I had to cook it longer and it was uneven. One side was soft and the other crispy.

The cheese was definitely different. Not plain old moz and parmesan. There was a gourmet cheese taste about it. But as a whole, the pizza didn’t grab me. I didn’t even finish it.
